Mountain Galleries at the Fairmont - The Gallery

In 1991 artist/filmmaker Wendy Wacko opened a small gallery, Jasper Originals, at the Jasper Park Lodge. After more than a decade of promoting predominantly Western Canadian artists in Jasper, Wendy was offered an opportunity to expand. The Gallery at Chateau Whistler opened its doors to rave reviews in December 2003. The expansion continued when in August 2004 Banff Springs Fine Art became the third gallery to open at a Fairmont Hotel. Thus Mountain Galleries at the Fairmont was born.
