The room (1 bed king with sofa bed) had a very well equipped kitchen great comfortable bed. I had been expecting more from the breakfast because a lot of reviews mentioned how good it is. It might be relative to your experience (I live and travel in the UK and Europe a lot) but was disappointed. I don’t like scrambled eggs and that is the only eggs they offered. I’ve never come across that before in even in more budget hotels.

Stayed in this hotel one night for a weekend getaway. The entire stay was good and hotel staffs are quite friendly until we received a surprised phone call. We checked out at 10:55 in the morning and received a call in the evening saying the housekeeping team found someone smoked in the room, so they weren’t able to rent out the room, we supposed to be responsible for the charge. But NONE OF US SMOKE. There is no way we would have smoked in the room. I asked if they checked the security camera if anyone else entered the room after we left. She immediately said no one else entered since we left. Did they actually check? Or was there smoke? I went back at 11 with a staff to pick up my sparkling water in the fridge, there was no smoke at all. I don’t know where the smoke came from, or is it a strategy for them to extra charge people who stayed? At the end, the lady said they wouldn’t charge us, but she will put a note on my file for future reference. I mean I probably wouldn’t choose to stay in a hotel that accused me something I didn’t do. Just a FYI for people who choose to stay in this hotel. Maybe ask a staff to double check the room before you return your key to prove yourself. ??

We absolutely loved our stay at the PanPacific Whistler Village resort. After spending 7 days there we still didn’t want to leave. Staff were wonderful … helpful with all our questions and addressing any of our needs. My family loved the daily breakfast (especially the hash browns), pools and hot tubs were nice and warm. Our room had a full kitchen which made cooking some meals very convenient. Views were incredible, so close to everything in the village, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Family already wants to plan a trip and come back next year. Can’t recommend this resort enough for anybody exploring hotels in whistler.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. We visited in May. Breakfast was included and there were plenty options. Breakfast wasn’t busy at 7:30am. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a ground floor suite which had plenty of space for us. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at the Pan Pacific Whistler was nothing short of exceptional. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the amazing team who made our stay so memorable. First, a big thank you to Peace at the front desk, who welcomed us with such warmth and care. She was incredibly detailed and kind during our check-in, making us feel instantly at home. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness set the tone for the entire stay. We also want to recognize Timothy, whose consistent friendliness and warm greetings never went unnoticed. Every time we saw him, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. His service was outstanding and truly appreciated. And finally, Ruslan, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was special. His attentiveness and personal touch made all the difference—we are so grateful for his hospitality. Thanks to this wonderful team, our visit was not only comfortable but truly memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!
