We recently stayed at Nita Lake Lodge for 5 nights and overall, we had a mixed experience.
Positives:
The cleaning and room service staff were outstanding! They were extremely dedicated, ensuring our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. We appreciated how quickly our food was delivered, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not meet our expectations. We chose this lodge specifically for the free breakfast offer that was available when we booked our suite in early May 2025. However, when we inquired about this during check-in, the staff was unclear and didn’t provide straightforward answers. They mentioned a manager, but I sent an email during our stay and never received a response.
Due to this lack of communication and support, we’ve decided that for our next trip to Whistler, we won’t be returning to Nita Lake Lodge.

I had already stayed here before a few years back. I stayed here again with my wife for 2 nights near the start of June for my birthday.
At check in, the staff informed me that they had upgraded my room to the 2 bedroom lake view loft. It was unexpected and definitely appreciated. I arrived to the room with a birthday card and chocolates.
Having access to 2 bathrooms also allowed me and my wife to save time getting ready. Was the hotel renovated ? The rooms looked better than before.
The beds and sheets were comfortable. Everything was clean.
The rooms looked exactly as the website photos except the real life colour is less sharp/radiant.
I did not have dinner in the restaurants at the lodge as we already have dinner reservations made in the village but we did have a truffle fries snack and it was delicious.
My wife also had an RMT session and she said it felt good.
If I was to offer constructive criticism on something in the room, it would be:
1. The toilet seat is not a slow release coming down, so make sure you hold onto it and slowly lay it back down or else it would make a big noise when it comes down.
2. The shower heads are not adjustable in angle and it was too tall and shooting too far back for my wife who is only 5 feet.

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. The views were beautiful, the beds are cozy, the attention to detail was noticeable. The blow dryer was even fantastic! We appreciated that each room has a balcony, fireplace, couch and mini bar. Each day they have complimentary wine from 4-5pm. The bikes and kayaks are complimentary and hot tub is very nice. I will stay hear when I come back

Highly recommend!! We went here on our baby moon April 2025 and brought our little Pomeranian. Normally we hate leaving home but the rooms were extra cozy and we felt comfortable right away. The staff were incredible and hospitable (note to management/owners: we loved the vibe there - it felt genuine and authentic when talking with staff, not that feeling I get when people are forced to be nice). Thank you to all for being so accommodating to our fur baby as she’s family and wanted to join too.
We took advantage of the dining, and the complimentary canoe in the morning and bike rides in the afternoon. It was a perfect getaway mixed with relaxation and adventure. The lake was serene and we were the only ones on it most of the time. It was magical. We have raved about Nita Lake Lodge since to our friends and will 100% return with our baby next time.

We were absolutely delighted during our stay at Nita Lake Lodge. We went for our wedding anniversary and we felt like celebrities with the attention! Not only did they give an incredible upgrade on them, but they were so attentive and friendly. The desk staff and the gentleman who helped with bike and boat rentals were really the highlight in terms of how they treated us. Additionally being able to use bikes, a pedal board, and having an option to canoe was so awesome! We also loved that we could shuttle to the village. The room we stayed in was exceptional. We plan to go back.
