We had the best time at Lost Lake Lodge! We have 2 children under 5 and I was worried about originally being on the second floor and the hotel was so great accommodating our request for the ground floor. Our room was clean and had all the essentials for cooking and cleaning. The gym was great too! We used the shuttle and the pick up spot is right out front the hotel. The walk to lake was only ten minutes! We will definitely be coming back next summer.

We had a lovely time at the Horstman house. Check in/Check out was easy, the shuttle bus was very convenient and close to the hotel making it pretty simple to get to upper village gondolas. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious enough for our family of five (including a toddler). Ski locker room was easy to use and keep our skis with no issues. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool table near the lobby and our Toddler enjoyed a little kids play area with some toys to play with in the early mornings. The hotel was very quite and beautiful setting. The Ski in was great and led right to the hotel. The only complaint we have (the reason we did not give five stars) is the hot tub was not working the entire trip (we stayed four days) as well as the elevator. We booked this place specifically for the spacious rooms and a place with a hot tub to soak in after long days of skiing, so the hot tub not working was a little sad for us. Also, if you are assigned parking, an SUV most likely wont fit in the parking garage so prepare for that in you will need to park elsewhere as our suv was just a couple inches too big. Overall, our family would definitely stay here again though! It was a great choice.

We had a wonderful experience at this fantastic hotel in Whistler. Our suite felt just like home, with all the necessary amenities. It was a very quiet place, and everything was clean. The hot tub and pool were in excellent condition, with perfect temperatures. The only thing that felt a bit weird for me was the parking spot, which was very tight for my SUV.

We stayed in Unit 209 which is spacious and private, facing green belt. Very comfortable furniture and luxurious bed linen. Super clean and cozy! Outdoor spa and heated pool are surrounded by tall trees and they are super clean! Will stay in this Unit again! Great value for your money.

Great experience with Horstman House. Located in Upper Village and only a 5 minute drive into the village. We got upgraded to a two bedroom townhouse and it was very spacious but cozy at the same time. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great amenities (e.g. kids entertainment area and decent size heated pool). Very quiet. The only thing I wish they had was airconditioning. It was quite warm but overall I loved the hotel. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious. Will definitely stay here again.
