Peaceful, luxurious stay with wonderful staff from all angles. Very dog friendly, which was huge for us. Loved the back patio, food was delicious. Breakfast buffet was delightful. Rooms are the nicest of all the Fairmont properties we've stayed at. We took advantage of using the practice golf facility, hotel drivers are available to shuttle you out, and free clubs at the range are available for use. Additionally, the drivers took us out to Lost lake. Such a great service.

Breakfast was great and Ava was an excellent server /waitress this morning in the restaurant wildflower! The breakfast buffet is wonderful and lots of choices . The lids to the cast iron pots are too heavy to lift pancakes,waffles, cinnamon rolls) and there is no where to put them once you lift them off the pot. Need to find a better lid solution.

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share both my appreciation and a few concerns. First, I would like to commend their team and the overall experience on the Gold Floor. The amenities, service, and attention to detail were exceptional. The Gold Lounge, in particular, made our stay feel truly elevated and relaxing. However, there were two aspects that detracted from an otherwise excellent visit. The first was a disruption across from our room, where another guest appeared to be leading fitness classes each morning. Unfortunately, the sessions were quite loud and made it difficult to fully enjoy the quiet and restful mornings we had hoped for. The second issue is related to pricing transparency. I was surprised to find that the resort fee was not clearly disclosed in the room rate during booking. While I understand that resort fees are a common industry practice, I believe a property of Fairmont’s calibre should lead with clarity and transparency. It felt somewhat misleading and detracted from the premium experience you work hard to create. I’m sharing this feedback in the spirit of improvement, as I genuinely enjoyed much of the stay and hope to return. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Service at the hotel was superb. Always going out of their way to accommodate their visitors. So much is available to guests. Tour guides Jack and Morgan were outstanding. Super friendly gentleman who shared a lot of knowledge about Whistler. I would definitely come back.

We had dinner at Wildflower restaurant, and the service is always a top notch. Robert is our favorite Server, we just love the level of service, professional and his kindness. He really have a great knowledge about the menu and always suggest us nothing but the best. Maddie was also sweet. The food is always soo amazing. This is definitely a place to go for the best food, drinks & experience ??
