We took a 20-minute scenic flight over Vancouver in a light aircraft — and it was an incredible experience. The weather that day was perfect, with clear skies and crisp air, giving us wide, unobstructed views of the city and surrounding areas. From above, we had a stunning aerial view of downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, and the diverse landscapes stretching out into the suburbs. Takeoff and landing were much smoother than I expected; I was a bit nervous about turbulence on a small plane, but the entire ride was surprisingly stable and comfortable. Although the flight was short, it offered a unique and memorable perspective of the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vancouver — just be sure to book online in advance to secure a spot!

We took a 20-minute flight from Vancouver to Nanaimo, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! If I remember correctly, our pilot’s name was Jaydee—he was incredibly kind and professional. The flight was smooth, the views were breathtaking, and the entire journey felt special. The plane was clean and comfortable, adding to the overall great experience. It was one of the most scenic flights we’ve ever taken. We’ll definitely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Harbour Air is always a treat to fly. You can't beat the views (of the city and nature because you fly a bit lower) and convenience of flying downtown-to-downtown. The seaplanes themselves are also unique; taking off and landing on water is an adventure that never gets goal. That said, being in a smaller aircraft means that you're in a tighter space and more susceptible to weather. It's not unsafe, but if you get motion sickness or claustrophobia, I would beware. Tickets can also be pricier, but can't beat the experience!

Worth every penny. Life time experience. Both helicopter and seaplane ride is worth doing in Canada. I did helicopter ride in Toronto and now Seaplane ride in Vancouver. Thanks to Harbour Air for the experience and booking lady from INDIA who helped me in the seamless process.

Note that they may not fly if the visibility is too poor (fog, lighting, etc) - I flew HA to Whistler and it was an awesome experience. They took off right on time and the check in was very smooth. You get a sightseeing activity while getting where you need to go! I would use them again if traveling to someplace they fly to :)
