Foremost, the customer service was rapid, accommodating and excellent. Once I'd had an opportunity to speak to Outback about our needs and requirements, I felt confident that we were going to have a good time. There were multiple pre & post check-ins to ensure I was comfortable with the event prep/execution and wrap up. Another reason why this was a winner for my team, was that the Fraser Valley has a legitimate dearth of corporate teambuilding options in our back yard, especially ones we had not yet experienced. This was 'outside the box', and allowed us to schedule our event when it was convenient for us. The Event itself was ridiculously fun - my team is highly competitive, and all 15 of us were highly engaged for the entire duration. It was easy to launch, easy to moderate and simple to access results and information. I would definitely recommend to any other HR/people management folks to give this a try, as it is not location or material dependent: just log in and go! Additionally, because the coordination and planning is all done for you, minimal time is spent trying to plan/book/organize The Event. I will definitely utilize again in the future!!

We hired the Outback team to host a friendly feud game at our annual member conference. What a great experience and it was apparent that our members loved the game. The hosts were so enthusiastic and got all of the teams engaged. So much fun!

We recently engaged Outback to virtually host the entertainment for our holiday party and it was definitely a hit. The staff we dealt with during planning were great. Very responsive and helpful. The event facilitators also did a great job.

Outback was easy to work with and get set up; the folks were friendly and fun. Our Teams enjoyed the holiday game. When your staff are mostly virtual, this makes it really fun to still be a team and see and chat while playing. Great experience from booking to event. Our company would definitely use Outback Team Building & Training again!

Had a great experience with Outback Team Building! Team pursuit was a fun activity that challenged and brought educators together to build school culture. I would definitely recommend them for any team building events.
