We had a really great stay here! The staff were very personable, special shout out to Charlie who went above and beyond with our special request for a specific room and allowed for quite an early check in. The hotel itself was very quiet, the AC worked well and the interior of the rooms was funky and cute. It’s nice to have a full kitchenette as well. Location was amazing right in the centre and by great restaurants, grocery store and coffee shop. Although it’s rated 3 stars it definitely felt a lot higher class especially the staff who truly went out of their way for guests. Really appreciated! Will be back for sure when in whistler!

I had a great stay at this hotel and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The beds were a little on the firm side, but overall, the experience was very positive. The service was excellent, and the location was convenient for enjoying activities in both the winter and summer months. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely consider returning!

A really nice hotel, perfectly located. Just 2 minutes away from olympic plaza. I had a studio room which was very spaceous with mordern furniture. There is an inhouse Spa, Sauna, Whirlpool and normal heated pool. Underground parking is available. I would definitely come back here again.

We checked in at the Summit Lodge after a long day of driving, so it was a relief to have a such a welcoming and smooth check-in. We were eligible for a room upgrade and it turned out to be the most comfortable room we had on this trip.

The modern room had a kitchenette stocked with pots and pans, glassware, plates, and cutlery. Honestly, it's the size of most kitchens in Toronto condos, so you can comfortably cook here as you might at home.

There was also a lovely living area with seating, electric fireplace, and large TV. The smart room also comes with an iPad for your convenience.

The surrounding village itself is very pretty and I'm sure looks like a Hallmark movie in the winter. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, though this is a tourist-y spot so expect prices to reflect this.

Unfortunately, because of timing, we didn't get to thoroughly enjoy our room or the hotel amenities (like outdoor pool). I would recommend this hotel if you're in Whistler over several days and want to splurge on a comfortable stay.

Our stay at Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious, beautifully designed rooms that made it easy to relax after long days on the slopes.

The amenities truly elevated the experience — the hot tub and pool were perfect for unwinding, and the convenient bus service to the slopes made getting around effortless. Having access to a free washer and dryer was also such a thoughtful touch, especially after days filled with snow and adventure.

What really made this stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

A very special thank you to Liam and Cerys, who went above and beyond to make our holiday truly special and memorable. Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made all the difference.

Thank you to the entire team — we can’t wait to return!
