We stayed at Four Seasons Whistler for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we had a truly wonderful and memorable experience.
All the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Most importantly, as we were travelling with our senior dog, Eagle, finding a pet-friendly hotel was especially important to us. We were so impressed that every restaurant we visited went out of their way to accommodate us and make it possible for us to enjoy our meals together with Eagle. It meant so much to us to feel that our beloved senior dog was genuinely welcomed and included in our experience.
The only small disappointment was that we had hoped to enjoy the pool area with Eagle in his stroller, but unfortunately, this was not permitted. We completely understand that there may be certain policies in place, but we would have loved to have the option to bring him along in his stroller, even if he remained inside it. As a family travelling with a senior dog, being able to share more of these experiences together would have made our stay even more special.
Overall, we are truly grateful for the thoughtful service and warm hospitality of the entire team. Four Seasons Whistler made our first anniversary stay a very special one, and we created beautiful memories together as a family. We would love to return!

An Unforgettable Weekend at the Four Seasons Whistler – We Didn't Want to Leave!
I have never written a hotel review so quickly after checking out, but this stay absolutely deserved it. This is one of those rare hotels where you find yourself dragging your feet to check out, even when given a generous late checkout at 4:00 PM! We truly regret not staying longer.
From start to finish, the attention to detail was unmatched:
• The Arrival & Room: Katie Kuo, our check-in specialist, was fantastic. She took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the resort and surprised us with a gorgeous mountain view suite.
• Housekeeping: The turndown service both nights was flawless. We would leave for dinner and return to dimmed lights, perfectly replenished tea bags and espresso capsules, and even fresh floor mats placed in front of our his-and-hers sinks. Every little detail was thought of.
• Activities & Amenities: The afternoon workshops were a massive highlight. We did the steak dry rub and body scrub workshops with Cordell, who was super helpful, engaging, and fun. The products were even beautifully packed with hotel logos. When renting bikes, Laylah went above and beyond by extending our 1-hour rental to 2.5 hours so we could truly enjoy our ride.
• The Spa & Pool: The spa facility is the perfect place to unwind. The moment you walk into the steam room, the eucalyptus aroma completely melts your muscle tension away. The outdoor pool is beautifully warm, and the hot tubs are the ultimate way to end the evening.
• Dining: The food and service at both Braidwood and Sidecut were superb and exceptional.
Even the very end of our trip was seamless. When we went to get our car from the valet, they thoughtfully handed us two bottles of cold water to go for our drive down the Sea-to-Sky Highway back to Vancouver.
This trip was defined by those exact little things, and we cannot wait to come back.
The team here is world-class. Huge shout-outs to:
• Katie Kuo for the seamless check-in and beautiful suite.
• Cordell for being an engaging and helpful workshop instructor.
• Laylah for smoothly handling and extending our bike rentals.
• Lison & Margot at Sidecut for exceptional dinner service.
• Freddy & Lucy at Braidwood for making our breakfasts so special.

My now-husband and I stayed here for our elopement weekend in Whistler. It was our first time at a Four Seasons and we were impressed from start to finish!
All the staff members were friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely eager to help.
Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the front desk team was kindly accommodating with any requests we had.
It was also my husband’s birthday during our stay, and we were offered complimentary bubbly at the Braidwood Tavern and the pool bar. They also left a little treat in our room upon arrival.
I do wish there were a few more vegan options available through room service.
Overall we had a great stay and hope to come back in the future!

Our recent 5-night stay at Four Seasons Resort Whistler was lovely! A perfect location for access to the Villages, parks, trails, nearby sights and restaurants. Honestly, our best meals were right at the resort - at Braidwood Tavern (patio & inside) and SIDECUT Steakhouse. Each & every member of the team (front desk, concierge, valet, Braidwood Tavern, bar, pool) were exceptionally professional, informative/helpful and overall, extremely pleasant and guest-service oriented. Special shout-out to Katie Kuo and Kenneth Nicholas for their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We shall return!
