What is Nourish?

The Nourish Whistler Wellness Series is a month-long wellness event in Whistler, BC, running throughout June 2026. It features over 100 curated wellness events, including yoga, workshops, culinary events, and mindfulness sessions led by local and international practitioners, thought-leaders and chefs.

What Can I Expect?

Start your day with a guided wellness walk along the Valley Trail or a movement session designed to build strength and connection from the inside out. Flow through Hatha yoga in an alpine dome, or take part in workshops that explore the nature of well-being through discovery and creativity.

Throughout the month, sessions unfold across Whistler, from meditation and breathwork to hands-on culinary experiences that celebrate nourishing, local ingredients.

Rooted in nature and shaped by community, Nourish connects you to place, to self, and to possibility. This is wellness without judgment. Growth without ego. Discovery without pressure. A chance to feel inspired, grounded and refreshed in the mountains.

What Kind of Events Are There?

Nourish has over 100+ offerings this year, featuring a mix of around 40 local and guest presenters and practitioners. The events are scheduled to take place throughout June, primarily on weekends, with a few exceptions on Fridays and mid-week.

Create Your Own Retreat

The events are organized into five distinct pillars, so you can mix and match what appeals to you. Our advice is to try something new; variety is the spice of life.

  • Movement – like yoga, strength and mobility classes, wellness walks, etc.
  • Mindfulness – breathwork, forest resets, meditation, yoga nidra, sound baths, etc.
  • Creativity – journaling, painting, music, etc.
  • Discovery – nature-based therapy and leadership, reclaiming agency, longevity, etc.
  • Culinary – wellness brunches, lakeside BBQs, winemaker dinners, etc.

To give you an idea of what kind of events are on offer, here are a couple of examples:

Under the Discovery pillar, you’ll find events on Nature-Based Leadership, Perimenopause and the Epigenetics of Mindfulness. Strength + Sweat, and Tai Chi are under Movement; Cold Dip & Breathwork, and How to Tackle Life After 55 are in Mindfulness, while Creativity has Human Design Circle, Ayurvedic Facials, and Peaks, Paint & Presence. But there are many more, and as you can see, the offerings are diverse.

How Much Are Tickets?

Tickets start at just under $10 for some of the movement classes. There are numerous options available in the $15 to $35 range. The Wellness Brunches are $50, and Chillin’ & Grillin’ BBQ tickets are $79. Options that involve equipment, guides and multi-course dinners are higher, with e-bike tours costing $149, and the Bearfoot Bistro’s multi-course dinners costing $174 (we think they’re worth every dollar).

INSIDER TIP: If you book 3+ nights of accommodation on the Nourish website, you get a $100 promo code to use towards Nourish tickets.

Who Should Attend Nourish?

It’s open to everyone.

Visitors and locals who are curious about wellness and all it entails. Nourish isn’t a full retreat commitment, but a way to connect, learn and find community around the topic of wellness in a “pick your own” series of events all happening in June in Whistler.

What’s New & Noteworthy at Nourish 2026

More Yoga, Sound Baths and Movement Classes

Working on attendee feedback, this year’s programming has grown to include more yoga and sound baths. Last year, the movement classes hosted at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre and the Audain Art Museum were so popular that they doubled the timeslots (find these in Movement).

Additional talks and workshops have also been added, including trending topics such as Longevity, Human Design, Self-Development, and Nature-Based Healing.

New & Unique Spaces

The Lookout is a new pop-up space located on Blackcomb Mountain, designed especially for Nourish. It’s a glass-fronted shelter with a rooftop observatory deck that amplifies Whistler’s natural surroundings from the comfort of being indoors. Perfect for the two A Night Under the Stars events, which start with a dusk hike to The Lookout and stargazing with a local astronomer.

This new space joins other iconic locations, including the pop-up Dome on Whistler Mountain (featured in the header image) and Station House on Alta Lake. These locations are intentionally set in places that are not part of Whistler’s normal offering, making them unique and special for Nourish.

Integrating Biking

For the first time, Nourish is integrating Whistler’s world-famous bike culture with scenic Valley Trail cruises (find these in Movement).

Alpine Access to Whistler Blackcomb

Select events take place on Whistler Mountain, accessed via the Whistler Village Gondola. Nourish attendees gain the Summer Alpine Experience Season Pass at an exclusive rate, which includes full summer access to ride up, roam free and take it all in for less than a single-day ticket. More details are coming on this in late-April when Whistler Blackcomb’s summer products go on sale. Visit the Nourish website for information.

Who Will I Find at Nourish?

The 2026 lineup brings together a world-class roster of over 40 wellness professionals, including internationally acclaimed facilitators, doctors, authors, chefs and artists.
