Precision & Passion: Behind the Scenes at Whistler’s Championship Golf Courses

Early every morning from spring through fall teams of dedicated professionals cut, craft and coax the fairways and greens of Whistler’s championship golf courses into shape. The hard work required to keep the mountain courses in top condition through the seasons is done by people like course superintendents Gerrit Woods, Stu Carmichael and their teams, who are as passionate about the greens as those who play after the mowers have returned to the shed.

The Insider rode along with the crew from Nicklaus North Golf Course and the Whistler Golf Club during their early morning routines to learn more about the precision work and passion that goes into setting the courses, each and every day.
