Ellie is a major foodie, avid skier and travel lover. Having worked at an opera house for six summers, as cabin crew, given university a try, chalet hosted, dabbled in marketing in London, spent two summers at surf schools in Cornwall, UK and Tofino, and now as a ski instructor in Whistler - it’s been a busy 27 years.
