Whistler Virtual Village Tour

Any place where you can roll out of bed and have fresh coffee in hand within 5 minutes is alright by our books, and in Whistler Village you can go from hotel to ski lift to cafe to patio to shop in mere minutes, no car required. Walking the pedestrian-only Village Stroll can take just 15 minutes at a power walk, or hours – even days – if you take the time to explore all the neighbourhoods, sneaky side streets and the new Cultural Connector.

Join host Magee Walker as she guides you through Whistler Village in a special 360-degree video, giving you the chance to check out the action and the gorgeous views for yourself.

VIDEO Brian Hockenstein Cinematography

Our resident cinematographer and tech guru Brian Hockenstein has been out and about capturing wicked 360-degree footage of some of the amped-up activities on offer. Using a special rig with multiple cameras he’s put together a video that allows you to look around inside to see exactly how high, how fast and how far through the mountains these adventures can take you.

Virtual Gentle Hikes

Whistler’s mellow trails and shorter alpine walks provide the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle with the family for an afternoon of nature therapy.

In this special 360 degree video, cinematographer Brian Hockenstein explored a couple of Whistler’s shorter hikes, discovering massive waterfalls, rushing rivers and ancient trees – all from trail heads located a few minutes’ drive from Whistler Village.
