All bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of when your trip was meant to take place are eligible for full refunds. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of when your trip was meant to take place are non-refundable.

Please note purchasing a round-trip ticket and then cancelling for a single one-way trip to take advantage of discounted round-trip pricing is not permitted. Should you need to cancel a single trip from your original round-trip ticket, we will refund the difference between the round-trip and a one-way ticket.

Your flight is tracked by our airport dispatch team. If your flight number is changed, please let us know. If your flight arrival is delayed within our hours of operation, we will ensure you still get to Whistler that day. If your flight is delayed later than our operating hours, we will provide service on the next available shuttle to Whistler on the following day.

You may be in a van, a minibus or a motor coach. Vehicle type depends on the volume of passengers arriving on the day.

Car seats are only available in our Sprinter Vans. In larger vehicles car seats are not a legal requirement. You are welcome to bring your own but please note that the seat belts in these vehicles may not be compatible with your car seat. Due to the nature of our service we cannot guarantee the type of vehicle that you will be riding in. We advise booking a private transfer to Whistler if you want to be certain that your child will be able to use a car seat.

No, our vehicles do not have a washroom. If you would like a comfort break, please ask your driver. Stops are made by request and only when safe to do so.

There is an additional fee for each bike, applied during the booking process. All sports equipment must be declared at the time of booking so that we can ensure space in the vehicle.

No, on our shared transfers, pets are not allowed to travel. This excludes service dogs who have been trained to carry out specific work.

No, our service is designed to have a limited number of stops en route. Stops are available on private services. If you wish to pick up any kind of “supplies” on your way to Whistler, Squamish is the most convenient option.

No, we do not offer this guarantee. We recommend leaving Whistler at least 5 hours before your flight is scheduled for take-off. There is only one highway connecting Whistler and Vancouver, so delays are unavoidable during extreme weather or if there is a traffic incident. The route to the airport goes through downtown Vancouver, which can be slow due to city traffic. You may arrive at the airport a little early. This is a good thing. For all travel, we recommend a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover you in the event of missed flights and other issues.

South Terminal: Whistler Connection does not pick-up directly from the south terminal. Please make your way to domestic arrivals in the main terminal. The airport provides a courtesy shuttle.

We cannot guarantee an arrival time in Whistler based on your flight arrival time at Vancouver Airport because there are a significant number of variables outside of our control regarding your overall journey.

For example: Flight Delays, Customs & Immigration Delays, Luggage Problems, Road & Traffic Conditions, etc. Typically, the journey between Vancouver Airport and Whistler takes around 2.5 hours.

EXPRESS offers pick-up/drop-off from Fairmont Whistler, Westin Resort & Spa, Hilton Resort & Spa, Gateway Loop, and Creekside Bus Stop (opposite Legends). Runs direct between YVR Skylynx and Whistler (no stops).

This is our first-class amenities motorcoach buses equipped with premium cabin comfort features including ultra-wide seating, extra-large seat tables, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Depending on traffic and road conditions, the trip may take up to three hours between Vancouver International Airport YVR and Whistler and two hours between Vancouver City Center and Whistler. Most trips will be comfortably within this timeframe. Please allow additional time for airport boarding procedures or other time-sensitive activities.

We require a minimum of 48 hours email notification, for cancellation, from your originally scheduled departure time Tickets cancelled outside of 48 hours are subject to a $10 cancellation fee per ticket. Tickets cancelled less than 48 hours to the original outbound departure date or departure date, whichever is sooner will be non-refundable.

Epic Rides have custom designed storage to ensure you can bring as much luggage, equipment or extras as you need without having to worry about enough room.

Luggage and Skis are free. Bikes are free to bring during the spring/summer/fall season. Limit one bike per passenger based on availability.

The pickup and drop-off in Whistler Village is the Gateway Bus Loop, located in the heart of Whistler Village beside the Visitor Centre.

The pickup and drop-off in Downtown Vancouver is at Hyatt/Burrard sky train station. Go to the Melville St. door entrance to the Hyatt. This block of Melville St. is about 100m long and there could be other buses at this stop when we pull up, please watch for The Epic Rides buses pulling up behind other coaches along Melville St beside the Hyatt.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Please note you must be at the bus stop 10 minutes before your departure time, as our buses leave right on time.

The journey between Downtown Vancouver and Whistler takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. All arrival times are approximate and subject to road and traffic conditions.
