Please plan to book your activities for the afternoons at leisure on July 11th and 12th, once the morning sessions have concluded.
Whistler is a vibrant destination in the summer months, and activities fill up quickly. We encourage you to book in advance to secure your preferred experience. That said, we’ll also have a dedicated on-site team available to assist with activity bookings once you arrive.

CPA Event FAQs
- Hotel Accommodation charges are the responsibility of the student and payable directly to the hotel upon check-in
- Cancellation and deferral requests must be sent by email to taxcourses@cpacanada.ca. Note, a cancellation fee will apply
- It is the student’s responsibility to cancel any hotel and shuttle bookings if they are cancelling or deferring the course. Please check the cancellation policy for the hotel you have booked for details and cancellation charges
- Cancellations/deferral requests fewer than 30 days before the start of the course may be subject to applicable hotel cancellation fees –check the cancellation policy of the hotel you have booked
