We’re celebrating all things culinary in the lead up to Whistler’s celebration of food and drink – Cornucopia Whistler. What better way to work up an appetite for the festival than have a lesson from one of Whistler’s very own chefs?

Meet Chef Jorge Muñoz Santos from Bar Oso in Whistler, a delightful gathering space on the Village Stroll serving Spanish-influenced small plates, carefully crafted cocktails, a selection of artisan gin and tonics and one of the most impressive charcuterie platters in town.  In this video Chef Jorge reveals how he creates his meat and cheese selection with tips on how to create your own plate, including the importance of balance and presentation.
