Home to the world's fastest sliding track, the Whistler Sliding Centre hosted the bobsleigh, skeleton and luge events during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Today, the venue continues to train elite athletes while welcoming visitors to experience the thrill of sliding like an Olympian.

Explore the Olympic Legacy
Beyond the thrill of sliding, visitors are welcome to explore the
Whistler Sliding Centre year-round.
Pick up a complimentary interpretive tour map from Guest Services to
learn about the venue's Olympic history, engineering and ongoing role as
a world-class training and competition facility. During the winter
season, visitors may also have the opportunity to watch athletes train
and compete on the track.
Please note that public access hours vary throughout the year.
Whistler Olympic Park
Whistler Olympic Park hosted ski jumping, cross-country skiing and biathlon during the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Located a short drive south of Whistler, the park remains an active training and recreation centre, offering seasonal activities, Olympic experiences and self-guided exploration throughout the year.
Visitors can try biathlon at the Olympic shooting range, explore hiking and Nordic trails, play disc golf, discover the park’s Olympic legacy or stay overnight at the seasonal campground.

Explore Whistler Olympic Park
Discover Whistler Olympic Park at your own pace. Whether you're visiting in
summer or winter, explore Olympic venues, scenic trails and family-friendly
activities throughout the park. Advance reservations are not required for the
following self-guided experiences.
- Summer Hiking – Three marked hiking routes ranging from an easy interpretive walk to the Ski Jump Scramble.
- Disc Golf – Play the park's 9-hole course or rent discs from the Activity Base.
- Olympic Sightseeing – Visit the cross-country stadium, biathlon range, ski jumps and Olympic Rings while learning about the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
- Winter Trails – In winter, explore over 120 km of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails with a valid trail pass.
