The hot/cold baths are repeated three times for maximum benefit, so take your time and go at your own pace.
Scandinave also offers various types of massage to complement the baths experience. Choose Swedish massage, sports massage, Thai-yoga massage and hot volcanic stone massage. There is a health bistro and boutique on premises. All visitors to Scandinave must be at least 19 years of age and the spa advocates a quiet environment.
