It was hyped as the don’t-you-dare-miss-it festival of summer 2008 and it certainly didn’t disappoint. For its inaugural year, the Pemberton Music Festival surpassed expectations, delivering three unforgettable days of music featuring Tom Petty, the Tragically Hip, Coldplay, Jay-Z, Nine Inch Nails, the Flaming Lips and dozens more.
The Festival will take a hiatus in 2009 and will return in 2010 with an all new line-up of international artists featuring the best in rock, alternative and urban music during a multi-day, multi-stage and multi-artist summer concert extravaganza. The European-style festival takes place just a short drive north of Whistler in the beautiful Pemberton Valley. Details will be announced here as soon as they become available.
