The Roundhouse Lodge

The Roundhouse Lodge is a 20,600 square foot multi-faceted event venue 7,000 feet above sea level located on Whistler Mountain. Imagine your group riding in the fully enclosed Whistler Gondola from the Village right up to the Roundhouse Lodge for an exclusive dinner or gala event - not soon forgotten!

Renowned for quality and service, catered functions at the Roundhouse Lodge are truly a unique Whistler experience. It’s available in both winter and summer for breakfast, lunch and exclusive dinners for groups from 25 to 900 guests.

The Rendezvous

The Rendezvous is a 10,000 square foot venue located at approximately 7,000 feet above sea level on Blackcomb Mountain. Access is via two high-speed four person chair lifts.

With breathtaking views and large decks, it is an excellent location for group breakfasts and lunches in the winter and exclusive dinners for up to 500 guests in the summer.

Dusty’s Bar and Grill

Located on the original Whistler town site, Whistler Creekside, Dusty's Bar & Grill feels like a classic western ski lodge filled with memorabilia and photos from Whistler's past.

The 7,400 square foot venue is perfect both winter and summer for group breakfast, lunch, après, dinner, or evening exclusive functions. Dusty's can accommodate groups of 25 to 220 people for meal functions and up to 375 people for standing receptions.

Dusty's three patios are the largest and sunniest in Whistler, complete with fireplaces and atmospheric heating.

Merlins

Merlins is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village. It is a 3,900 square foot club-like venue where dancing is encouraged on the bar and any other flat surface!

Merlins also features large and sunny patios. It can accommodate seated functions for 25 to 190 people and standing receptions for up to 240 people.

Garibaldi Lift Company

At the base of Whistler Mountain, above the Whistler Village Gondola, the Garibaldi Lift Company is commonly known to locals as the "GLC". A fabulous 2,800 square foot room featuring a roaring fireplace, awesome 180 degree views and two large patios.

They can accommodate plate service, buffets and BBQ-style events. The GLC seats roughly 110 people inside for dinner but the sliding glass windows open to the three surrounding decks which can be tented to accommodate groups up to 225.

Cougar Mountain

Cougar Mountain is not a venue per se but has hosted small and large corporate and incentive groups since 1984. Their playground includes more than 15,000 acres of stunning terrain including Whistler's famous Ancient Cedar Forest, Cougar and Showh Lakes, Rainbow and Cougar Mountain and the Soo Valley Wildlife Reserve. Our specialty is providing a unique exclusive backcountry venue for groups.
