The Hiring Process
Here's how our recruitment process works:
- Upon receiving your online application, we will evaluate your credentials. From the applications received we will select 3-5 candidates to interview.
- If you are selected for an interview, we will contact you to schedule an initial meeting with a member of our Human Resources team and the Hiring Manager.
- Based on a successful performance in the initial interview, a second and final interview may be conducted with the head of the department. Please note there may also be a skills evaluation test (if applicable) included in the second interview. Reference checks are conducted and finally, an offer is made.
The length of our recruitment process varies due to a number of factors, including the volume of applications and the
candidate and hiring manager’s availability for interviews. We aim to have positions filled within 4-6 weeks. All
applicants will be notified once a position has been filled.
